If you are looking for an agent with great empathy who looks after your interests, then Hamish Timmins is the agent for you. What I like about Hamish is that, while he is working for the vendor, he is mindful of all parties involved in a transaction (there can often be vendors/buyers/tenants; and/or their agents as well as lawyers). He has a great reputation in the industry for his honesty and integrity. Hamish can often he found around Wellington ,helping the community in his superhero outfit when collecting for the Wellington Children's hospital.
Have called 3 times about buying a property. The first time the agent just kept sating "hello hello, I'm in aspen" (don't answer your ph then) The second time the office tells me her PA will call me straight back (3hrs later, nothing). The third time to speak to the manager but he's on the phone and an hour later no call back. FFS I just wanted to buy the property is all!! Will never be a vendor through this office and certainly not a purchaser either today
