Above͏ and beyond Erin and her team went above and beyond to help us sell our property. There were some maintenance issues that arose in the course of marketing the property which would normally be addressed by the property owner. These were all dealt with extremely professionally and efficiently by the team. We felt Erin had a very good understanding of the fast changing property market in Wellington and advised us wisely.
I just had an extremely disappointing encounter with agents from Harcourts. Their practices such as lying and manipulation to get an advantage over you are , if not illegal, very immoral. Decide for yourself if you want anyone like this managing your most valuable asset. I, and everyone I know, will stay away from Harcourts.
