Wow. I can’t rate Lance highly enough. He made the experience of selling our home a really enjoyable one, he was always on top of everything so we were able to relax knowing that things were being taken care of. He’s extremely organised, an excellent communicator- he’s really clear in his explanations of pretty complex stuff and he doesn’t over promise or waste time in sales pitch mode. He’s honest and reliable and was always patient and prompt in answering all of our questions or concerns. He came highly recommended to me and now I’m spreading the word!!
