Cillín has made a massive difference to me both personally and professionally. He tailored both the skills/ideas in sessions along with delivery of sessions to me personally, rather than a generic delivery of information. This meant that these ideas 'stuck' in a way that I had not experienced with other styles of professional development or coaching. I can't recommend highly enough.
Cillin is a great coach. Like the best coaches he comes with two ears and one mouth and really takes the time to get to know his clients personally and to understand what they're seeking from their time with him before putting a programme together. Cillin had run some communication and relationship building exercises for our team, together with our clients. There were many "Aha" moments and personal insights that we gained from the workshops, both about ourselves and about how we relate in business. We have learnt many life lessons from these sessions and have also seen the business value that were directly attributed to it. Attended a day course by Cillin, totally enjoyed it and wished this was spread out across two days as it felt like it was rushed, this was not purposely done by him but due to the timeframe allocated. Gifted with the practical tools for leadership potential - his book "First Lead Yourself" a must read.
