We worked with Hong in June 2022 to plan a multi-stop trip to the USA. Our itinerary included rental cars, hotel bookings and stops in 4 different cities. This was just after the pandemic when the global travel industry was still recovering and adjusting to the increased volume of international travel. When planning our trip, the larger Australian-based travel agencies (with branches in Wellington) did not even return my multiple calls. In contrast, Hong was absolutely amazing--communicative, responsive and helpful. She made great suggestions on travel insurance, and when Air New Zealand changed our itinerary on us she made every effort to ensure this was as stress-free as possible.
