Very poor experience. I was I'll informed and I'll advised and due to that I incurred additional cost of approx. NZD 3,500. If anything goes wrong you are on your own. They simply put their rip-off policy infront of you. They always blame Airlines to get out of the situation. Came to a surprise if anything goes wrong the flight cancellation charges are also huge. No EMPATHY to customers. Advice: Do prefer to book a journey with Airlines directly. Airlines are more responsive these days. Don't get caught in a price beat. If anything goes wrong they don't back you up.
