Poor booking experience. I used their online booking system to book a couple’s massage on a Saturday afternoon a week and a half in advance based on availability on their site. I received a phone call the next day informing me that they only had 1 masseuse on that day. They asked if I could come alone, which of course I couldn’t, the whole point is that it’s a couple’s massage. They asked if I could come on Friday at noon instead and when I said it needed to be a weekend, they said they had to cancel, without offering any other alternatives. I guess I’ll go elsewhere…
Booked the ‘Boss treatment’ for myself and my partner. Staff were friendly, however the treatments were less than satisfactory. If you like a fast vigorous massage definitely the place to go, however for relaxation not so much. Very repetitive movements over and over. Also very noisy during the massage with products and banging draws ect. I had previously been to the Tory street Body Haven, and this was an overall good experience, however not not so much with Willis street.
We had a spa date here today and it was amazing! There was a bit of a mix up at the start and staff were so accommodating and friendly. The rooms are clean and beautifully laid out, a real luxury. We couldn't recommend this place any more highly!
Love this place. It's all in the details. Good sized rooms, heated beds, great atmosphere, tea and a bliss ball. Staff are really friendly and treatments amazing. Highly recommend.
Lovely facilities at Elderberry + Kate! Very easy to relax and forget you’re in the middle of the city. The team are really helpful when arranging bookings and answering any questions/making suggestions. I’m really pleased with the results, Tammy is fantastic and did a great job with my brows (shape and tint) and lashes (tint and lift)! Will definitely be back :-)
