Went here for a pregnancy massage. The massage was nice and my muscles definitely felt way more relaxed afterwards. The decor and waiting room are lovely. Would have been 5 stars if they had one of those tables with a hole in for your bump. They provided pillows to make lying on your side more comfy but would have been nice to lie on my front.
The Monsoon package…oh how I loved you. A 15 minute foot soak, 60 minute massage and 45 minute body scrub all for $195. Starting off our Day Spa treat with a lovely herbal tea in the relaxation room then off to get our amazing treatments. My therapist was Lucy and she was incredible. A lovely hot shower to finish off my treatment followed by a glass of orange water, again in the relaxation room. Total bliss ❤️
Lovely decor and restful setting. Brilliant manicure - felt very pampered. Pedicure service was a little bossy and unengaged, but still gave great outcome. Front desk service was delightful. Very easy to book online.
Don't go here for sns! I had a voucher for a massage and a manicure (sns removal and reapply). The massage was decent but have had better elsewhere. After the massage I went on to get my nails done, the nails alone took 2 HOURS. I've been getting sns done elsewhere for about a year and it only usually takes 45mins to an 1 hour max if the salon is really busy. 9/10 of my nails have bumps or little lines in them. She put a gel top coat on one hand and put it into a uv light cause it wasn't drying fast enough. A couple of days later the gel top coat is peeling off and flaky and the sns is starting to chip, it doesn't look good at all. Theres also not much colour options to pick from. Overall not a good experience and wouldn't go back *photos are only a week after application. Usually sns lasts me 3-4 weeks before having to get them redone
An absolutely lovely atmosphere and instant relaxation from the moment you step out of the lift. The reception staff were very friendly, warm and welcoming. My therapist was wonderful. Introducing herself as soon as she came to get me from the relaxation room. Through my massage she checked if the pressure was OK and made sure I was comfortable etc. I'll definitely be back soon!
